Refund policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified or cancelled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS on procedures for filing a claim.

ALL pre-order or clearance items are FINAL SALE.

If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you will have up to 7 days from delivery date to contact us to discuss your options. You will be able to choose between a store credit or an exchange. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Customers are responsible for return costs. We will NOT issue a return label. Please include your name as well as order number in AND on the return package.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent free, pet hair free, and MUST BE SMOKE FREE!  We reserve the right to refuse return if any of these issues are present.

Custom or personalized items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. If not reported, we are NOT responsible. Please email a picture of the item and the packaging to carolinarags@gmail.com along with the specific issue.
